More questions ?

No doubt DC Rakesh Gupta is honest towards his duties & he has intimated that Ms. Soha Ali Khan father M.A.Khan was the legal retainer of Rifle .22 bore, where as the arms license was illegal then how can a legal retainer ?????Why FIR u/s 120-B, 420 & violations of arms act has not been lodged by the SHO, Pataudi against Soha Ali Khan & others, as my complaint has been lodged vide no. 167 dated 19-3-2008. Jhajjar Police recovered arms license no. 113/ BPL/70 dated 3-11-1970 valid up to 31-12-2007 of Mohhamed Mansur Ali Khan s/o Iftaar Ali Khan, Arms license no. 288 A/1982 valid up to 31-12-2005 of Shashi Singh s/o Hukam Singh, Arms licence no. 113/DM/G/Jan/54&488/SDM/G 1993 valid up to 15-12-2007 of Mohammed Ayub BDO(Rtd.) s/o Abbibulan Khan.My question again is why these licences were renewed further when all these accused in FIR No. 191 dated 5/6/2005 Police Station, Jhajjar ????????????What happen to my previous RTI application given in 2006 to the DC, Gurgaon ?

People for Animals queries police on Pataudi’s weapon

Gurgaon, September 29
The NGO, People For Animals (PFA), has sought information under the Right to Information (RTI) Act about the basis the Gurgaon administration granted an arm licence to Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan, daughter of M A Khan Pataudi, an accused in a black buck hunting case.

Mr Naresh Kadyan, the chairman of the NGO's Haryana chapter, alleged that Mr Pataudi had used the same weapon that was purchased and kept by her daughter for killing the black buck in June 2005 in Jhajjar district. He claimed that Soha Ali was neither a resident of Gurgaon nor did her name figure in the voting list of the district. — OC
